Returns:

Our goal is to provide a safe shopping environment – if it doesn’t fit or doesn't turn out to be what you were looking for, you have 5 working days to return your order for an exchange. The garment must be received at Dethroned HQ in an unworn, original condition with all swing tags attached. Dethroned Ltd reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty.  Please note there are no returns on sale items.

Returns for online credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be issued your online credit via email and is accessible at the check out with your returns code. 

We are not responsible for duties or taxes or any other fees when sending back to us.

You must return your items within the 5 working day period from the day you received your shipping tracking number.

  • Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached.
  • Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (customs fees, etc) cannot be refunded.
  • Please note Dethrone Ltd offer one return free of shipping charges after that the cost of the return is at the expense of the customer. We suggest returning your items with a pre paid bag with your name and address on it.
  • Until the return item is received at Dethrone Headquarters it is your responsibility. We recommend using track and trace. 

We offer a maximum of 1 exchange after your original order with no extra shipping costs after that all return expenses are to be paid by the customer. This will be charged and paid before the item is sent back to the customer. 

Faulty Items:

If we cannot repair or replace the item, then an online credit will be issued. We will only refund if the original product/s are out of stock.  

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds unless your original product/s is out of stock. If you change your mind about the item you purchase we can offer you an exchange for something else or issue you an online credit.

Preorder items:
Items purchased on preorder are able to be returned for a store credit as normal. A preorder item is a specially ordered item. Please note that preorders cannot be cancelled for a refund, we can only offer a STORE CREDIT. From time to time preorders may be delayed and we advise that you should be aware of this before purchasing. Only preorders delayed by 4 weeks or more are eligible for a full refund.
Please play close attention to the expected delivery time stated on preorders and bear this in mind when ordering.
